How We Got Here
Our Story: Built on Honest, Upfront Service
In April 2025, Ahmad Rami Saltagi and his son Omar Saltagi founded Flow Master LLC, doing business as Indiana Flow. Their goal was straightforward: build a plumbing company that treats every customer the way a trusted family friend would.
Omar leads day-to-day operations and handles field work directly. He is trained in specialty services including shower glazing, a near-unique offering locally that saves homeowners thousands compared to full shower replacement. Ahmad brings the business structure and values that guide every decision the company makes.
From the beginning, Indiana Flow has focused on three things: telling customers exactly what something will cost before any work starts, explaining what is being done and why, and standing behind every job with a full one-year labor warranty. That is not a marketing line. It is how Ahmad and Omar run their family.

Omar manages daily operations and personally leads the most complex jobs. He is trained in shower glazing, water heater installation, gas piping, and a full range of residential plumbing services. Customers consistently note his calm, clear communication on the job.
