What We Do

Kitchen, Bath & Laundry Faucets

Indiana Flow handles every fixture in the house — kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and beyond.

Kitchen Faucet Install & Repair

New pull-down, pull-out, or single-handle kitchen faucets installed and sealed correctly. We also repair leaking or low-pressure kitchen faucets without a full replacement if the valve is still serviceable.

Bathroom Faucet & Vanity Fixtures

Single-hole and widespread bathroom faucets, vessel faucets, and matching drain assemblies. We handle shut-off valve upgrades at the same visit so the connection is solid from supply line to spout.

Laundry & Utility Faucets

Utility sink faucets and laundry room connections including washing machine supply valves. Older homes in Indianapolis often have corroded utility faucets that drip constantly — we swap them out fast.

Showerhead & Bath Fixtures

Showerhead replacements, tub spout repairs, and diverter fixes. If you are ready for a full shower refresh, ask us about our shower glazing service — it restores the look of your shower at a fraction of replacement cost.

Toilet Install & Repair

Full toilet replacements, running toilet diagnosis, flapper and fill valve swaps, wax ring reseals, and handle repairs. We stock common Kohler and American Standard parts on the truck.

Garbage Disposal Install & Repair

New disposal installations, jammed or humming disposal repairs, and full unit replacements when the motor is gone. InSinkErator and Moen disposals are our most-requested brands.

Indiana Flow serves homeowners across Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Zionsville, and McCordsville. Whether you need a single faucet swapped in an afternoon or a full fixture package for a bathroom renovation, our licensed team handles it from first call to final cleanup. All labor carries our one-year warranty, and we offer 0% financing through Wisetack and Klarna for larger fixture projects.

Know the Warning Signs

Fixing Drips, Leaks & Low Pressure

Faucets are easy to overlook, but the cost of ignoring them adds up quickly on an Indianapolis water bill.

Persistent Dripping

A faucet that drips just once per second wastes roughly 3,000 gallons of water per year according to the EPA. Indianapolis water rates make that a meaningful line item on your bill. A worn cartridge or O-ring is almost always the cause, and replacement is far cheaper than continued waste.

Corrosion or Mineral Buildup

Indianapolis sits in a hard water belt. Calcium and magnesium deposits build up inside cartridges and aerators, restricting flow and staining the fixture finish. When buildup has worked its way into the valve body, a new faucet is the cleaner fix.

Noticeably Low Pressure

If pressure dropped recently and only at one fixture, a clogged aerator or a failing cartridge is usually the culprit. If it is house-wide, the issue may be upstream — our team can diagnose both.

Leak Under the Sink

Moisture under the cabinet often comes from supply line connections or the faucet base seal. Left unaddressed, it leads to cabinet rot and mold. We locate the source and fix it at the root.

Faucet Age Over 15 Years

Faucets installed before 2010 predate modern ceramic disc and cartridge technology. Replacement parts are increasingly hard to source, and the water efficiency is poor compared to current WaterSense-certified fixtures.

Preparing to Sell Your Home

Outdated, stained, or dripping faucets are a flag for buyers during walk-throughs. A fresh fixture is one of the highest-ROI cosmetic upgrades before listing.

Garbage Disposals

Garbage Disposal Service

A garbage disposal is one of the most-used appliances in any kitchen, and one of the most abused. Indiana Flow installs new units, repairs jammed or leaking disposals, and replaces burned-out motors when repair no longer makes financial sense.

When to repair vs. replace: If the disposal hums but does not spin, the flywheel is almost certainly jammed — usually a quick fix with the reset button and an allen wrench at the base. If it is leaking from the bottom, the internal seals are gone and replacement is more cost-effective than repair. Units older than 10–12 years that require frequent resets are also better replaced.

What NOT to put in a disposal:

  • Grease, fats, or cooking oil
  • Bones or fruit pits
  • Fibrous vegetables (celery, artichokes, corn husks)
  • Coffee grounds in volume
  • Pasta, rice, or bread (expands with water)
  • Egg shells (membrane wraps around the grinder)

Toilets

Toilet Installation & Repair

Indiana Flow handles the full range of toilet work — new toilet installations, running toilet repairs, flapper and fill valve replacements, wax ring reseals after a rocking toilet, and handle or trip lever repairs. We carry common parts on the truck so most repairs wrap up in a single visit.

A constantly running toilet can waste 200 gallons of water per day — that is a real number on a monthly Indianapolis water and sewer bill. In most cases the fix is a $15 flapper and 30 minutes of labor. We will tell you upfront whether repair or replacement makes more sense.

Considering an upgrade? Toilets manufactured before 1994 use 3.5–5 gallons per flush. Modern WaterSense-certified toilets use 1.28 gallons or less. For a family of four, the switch can save more than 10,000 gallons per year and pay back the fixture cost in 2–4 years through reduced utility bills. We will walk you through options in your budget before any commitment.

Our Preferred Brand

Why We Recommend Delta

Not all faucets are equal. Here is why Delta is the brand we reach for on most Indianapolis jobs.

Consistent Build Quality

Delta has manufactured faucets in the US for decades. The tolerances on their ceramic disc cartridges are tight, which means fewer leaks over the life of the faucet.

Parts Are Everywhere

Delta cartridges, seats, and springs are stocked at every plumbing supply house and most hardware stores in Indianapolis. If something needs servicing five years from now, the parts exist.

Lifetime Warranty on Most Models

Delta's Lifetime Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and finish for as long as you own the home. That is a real warranty compared to the 1-year coverage on many budget brands.

Easy Cartridge Service

Delta's ball-and-seat and single-lever cartridge systems are designed for straightforward service. When a repair is needed, our techs can complete it quickly without hunting for obscure parts.

We also install customer-supplied faucets of any brand. If you already have a fixture you love, bring it and we will make it work. Just verify the hole configuration before purchasing — we are happy to advise before you buy. If your project also involves aging water quality issues or a slow drain under the sink, we can address both in the same visit.

Common Questions

Faucet & Fixture FAQ

How much does faucet installation cost?

Most standard kitchen or bathroom faucet installations run $150–$275 in labor, depending on access and whether the shut-off valves need to be replaced at the same time. If you supply the faucet, we will give you an exact quote before we start. We also offer Good / Better / Best pricing online so you can see ballpark numbers instantly without calling.

Can you repair a dripping faucet, or should I replace it?

That depends on the faucet brand, age, and cartridge availability. Delta faucets are almost always worth repairing because replacement cartridges are cheap and widely stocked. Generic or discontinued brands can be harder to source parts for, and at that point a new faucet is usually the better investment. We will tell you honestly which way makes more sense after a quick look.

How long do garbage disposals last?

A quality disposal runs 10–15 years with reasonable use. If yours is humming but not spinning (a jammed flywheel), that is usually a quick fix with the reset button or an allen wrench. If the motor is grinding or burning, replacement is the right call. We can diagnose on-site and give you a repair vs. replace recommendation before any work begins.

Should I upgrade to a low-flow toilet?

If your toilet is from before 1994, it likely uses 3.5 or even 5 gallons per flush. Modern WaterSense toilets use 1.28 gallons per flush or less — a household of four can save 10,000+ gallons per year. In Indianapolis, that translates directly to lower water and sewer bills. The payback period is typically 2–4 years.

Do you supply the faucet, or do I buy my own?

Either works. We carry Delta and a selection of other fixtures on the truck for straightforward installs. If you already purchased a faucet or have a specific model in mind, we will install it. Just make sure it matches your sink hole configuration (single-hole, 3-hole 4-inch spread, or 3-hole 8-inch spread) before purchase — we are happy to advise before you buy.
