Service Terms & Warranty

All plumbing services performed by Indiana Flow are subject to the terms below. Engaging our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Estimates & Pricing

Online estimate ranges (Good / Better / Best) are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed quotes. A final price will be confirmed in writing — either in person or via written estimate — before any work begins. We do not start work without your explicit approval of the quoted price.

There are no surprise charges. If additional issues are discovered during a job that require additional work, we will stop, explain what we found, and obtain your approval before proceeding.

1-Year Labor Warranty

Indiana Flow warrants all labor performed by our licensed plumbers for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within that period, we will return and correct it at no charge.

Manufacturer warranties on parts, fixtures, and equipment are passed through to you directly and are subject to each manufacturer’s terms.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, pre-existing conditions at the time of service, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature (including flooding, freezing, or storm damage), or ordinary wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Indiana Flow’s liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or from services rendered shall be limited to the amount paid for those services. Indiana Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data, arising out of or related to the use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
